1. Inspection before starting
(1) Check whether the starting equipment is in good condition, whether the motor is grounded properly, and adjust the tightness of the V-belt.
(2) Clear the debris on the screen to avoid heavy load starting.
(3) Check and tighten the bolts of each part.
(4) Check and add enough lubricating oil in the vibrator.
(5) Check whether the inlet and outlet chutes are unobstructed, check whether the crossbeams are welded, and check whether the safety protection devices are safe and reliable.
(6) After completing the above preparations, you can send a signal to notify the start-up.
2. Start the machine
Turn the control switch handle to the forward position of the motor, press the start button, close the switch, and start the motor. Observe the operation status. There is no abnormal sound or vibration. It can only run normally after it runs smoothly. It can only be fed after it runs normally. Before starting the equipment, it must be ensured that the discharge port transportation equipment has started and run normally. After confirming that the operation of the vibrating screen is completely normal, send a signal to notify the discharge.
3. Equipment operation
The feeding must be uniform, and it cannot be overloaded or have excessive impact. Pay attention to the temperature and abnormal sound of the motor at any time. Always pay attention to the discharge situation. If there is any blockage, it must be cleared in time. Inspect the nozzle of each vibrating screen for blockage or detachment, and observe the temperature and sound of the motor and the sound of the exciter frequently. Any repair or adjustment of the vibrating screen during operation must be carried out after the power supply of the machine is cut off and the sign prohibiting closing is hung.
4. Equipment shutdown
Stop feeding before shutting down, and shut down after the material on the screen surface is drained. Pull down the knife switch and close the pressure water gate. Turn the control switch handle to the stop position. Ring the stop bell for the unloading transportation system. Clean the vibrating screen and the work site. In special circumstances, the machine can be shut down immediately.
1. Pay attention to the bearings of the transmission part. Check the bearing temperature in the middle and end of each shift during the operation of the screen machine, check the amplitude of the screen machine under normal load and peak load of the screen machine, and observe the operation of the screen machine at any time. The normal operating temperature rise is 35℃, the ambient temperature is 25℃, the bearing temperature rise is higher than 70℃, and the ambient temperature is 25℃, the parking operation is executed.
2. The start and stop should comply with the process sequence. Except for special circumstances, it is strictly forbidden to stop with material and continue to feed the screen after stopping.
3. After stopping, the lubrication device should be checked, the parts should be scrubbed, and the vibrating screen should be maintained and inspected.
4. Fill in the operation, lubrication, maintenance and repair records.
5. Clean up the site and do a good job of cleaning and sanitation.
6. When changing shifts, the duty officer must conduct a comprehensive and careful inspection of the equipment, check for hidden dangers, debug normally, and ensure safe operation.
1. Strictly implement the handover system, carefully check whether the vibration spring of the vibrating screen is broken, whether the motor, counterweight plate and bolts of each part are complete and firm, and whether there is oil leakage.
2. After starting, carefully judge whether the sound of each part is normal, carefully debug the vibrating screen in place, and confirm that there is no abnormality before working.
3. After receiving the start-up signal: (1) Under local control mode: the operator can start the vibrating screen only after the No. 2 belt starts normally; (2) Under centralized control mode: the operator should closely observe whether the equipment starts and runs normally.
4. After it is normal, the driver should pay attention to observe whether there are any abnormalities in the vibration spring, motor, and counterweight plate of the vibrating screen. If the coal bunker is full, there are too many stones, the head is blocked, the No. 2 belt is abnormal, etc., the machine should be stopped immediately. .
5. Under normal circumstances, the vibrating screen is not allowed to be stopped at will. It must be stopped after the No. 1 belt stops and the coal is transported (emergency stop is not subject to this limit).
6. Under centralized control mode: when an abnormal situation is found and a short-term shutdown is required, the emergency stop button can be pressed to stop the machine. When the fault is handled, the emergency stop button should be restored in time to resume normal operation. Under local control mode: when an abnormal situation is found, press the stop button to stop the vibrating screen and notify the No. 1 and No. 2 belt drivers. After the fault is handled, notify the No. 1 and No. 2 belt drivers and start the machine normally. It is strictly forbidden to start the machine without clear signals.
7. When leaving get off work, shut down the machine first. Then carefully check the equipment, clean up the sanitation, and strictly implement the on-site handover system.
8. When the coal chute above the vibrating screen is blocked, be sure to communicate clearly with the No. 1 belt driver, stop the belt, stop the vibrating screen at the same time, pull off the knife switch, and it is strictly forbidden to handle it while the equipment is running. Use special tools to poke coal when handling. When poking coal, you should stand on the side of the coal chute above the vibrating screen to poke the coal down. When dealing with problems, two people must work, one to operate and one to supervise. It is strictly forbidden to operate in violation of regulations.
