Circle Vibration Screen Working Principle 

Circle Vibration Screen mainly consists of the eccentric block vibrator, screen box, motor, and supportive device.Through the flexible coupling, the motor drives the eccentric block of the vibrator rotate at high speed, generating the centrifugal force, and then causing the screen box do circular movement by the amplitude. After that, the materials on the slope screen surface will be cast continuously by the force generated from the screen box, then realizes the purpose of classifying.

Circular Motion: The circular vibrating screen operates using a circular motion, where the vibrating mechanism causes the screen surface to move in a circular path. This motion pattern allows the material to be evenly distributed on the screen surface and ensures efficient screening.

Screen Deck: The circular vibrating screen typically consists of one or more screen decks, each containing a mesh or perforated plate. These screen decks are arranged in layers, with the finer mesh or plates located closer to the feed end to facilitate the separation of finer particles.

Vibration Mechanism: The vibration mechanism of a circular vibrating screen usually involves an eccentric shaft with eccentric weights or unbalanced flywheels mounted at both ends. When the motor rotates the eccentric shaft, it generates a circular motion in the screen box, causing the material on the screen surface to move in a circular path.

Material Separation: As the material is fed onto the circular vibrating screen, the particles smaller than the screen openings pass through the mesh or perforations and are collected as undersize material. Larger particles remain on the screen surface and are discharged at the end of the screening process.

Adjustability: Operators can adjust various parameters of the circular vibrating screen, such as the amplitude and frequency of the vibration, to optimize the screening performance for different types of materials and particle sizes.

Screening Efficiency: Circular vibrating screens are known for their high screening efficiency, as the circular motion promotes even distribution of the material across the entire screen surface.
