ZSK eccentrics series linear vibrating screen is a new and efficient universal screening equipment, screen box trajectory which is approximately a straight line. This series of screen machine embodies most of the advantages of a biaxial linear screen, with the most extensive scope and application prospects. ZSK series eccentric linear screen equipped with different types and specifications of the mat, can be used in various industries, different dewatering process system materials, off the mud, off-mediated and dry, wet classification operation.
Since the fully optimized structure, the series of screen machine compared to other kinds of linear vibrating screen has the following salient features:
1. Using two block eccentric vibration exciter as vibrating source, not only the quality of the single eccentric weight exciter excitation force is increased, reducing the weight of the vibration which is not valid to some extent, and random excitation force can control, ease of large-scale and modular design.
2. Exciter and screen box are connected by high-strength bolts, overcome many inherent disadvantages of welding connection can not be demolished, not only the overall strength and stiffness to improve the screening machine, but also conducive to the vibrating body - homeostasis screen box and running stability .
3. Exciter using the flexible coupling shaft universal joint cross shaft or tire couplings, biaxial self-synchronous operation, stable and reliable operation of the screening machine.
4. Our screen have high screening efficiency, greater capacity, longer life cycle and machine, equipment maintenance is simple and convenient, integrated machine running efficiency has improved significantly.
5. ZSK type linear screen equipped with different types and specifications of the plate, can be used in various industries, different dewatering process system materials, off the mud, off-mediated and dry, wet classification operation.
